Plan for active rest 🧘

Our brain is not a machine! It constantly needs to alternate between effort and recovery.

Planning breaks (a walk in natural light, recovery, micro-nap, breathing exercises) prevents burnout and helps maintain sustained concentration.

 

Replace excessive coffee ☕️ 

In the moment, coffee stimulates. But in reality, it can quickly exhaust the nervous system if consumed in excess.

It's better to rely on stable rituals: a protein-rich breakfast, a large glass of water, and some breathing exercises.

 

Set your digital boundaries 📵

Notifications, emails, scrolling... every interruption costs dearly in terms of concentration.

Try a simple framework: no emails before 8:30 AM, no screens after 10 PM. These disconnection spaces restore clarity, mental availability... and therefore motivation to the brain!

 

Move for mental health, not performance 🏃
