We undertake to supply products that comply with current legislation and applicable standards in France and the European Union.

3.1. Creating a Customer Account:
To place an order, it is necessary to create a customer account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated.

3.2. Placing an Order:
The order is placed directly on the Website. After selecting the products, you can check the contents of your cart, the total amount of the order, and correct any errors before definitively validating your order.

3.3. Order Confirmation:
The order is confirmed once payment has been made. We will send you a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery Zones:
We deliver to metropolitan France and certain countries in the European Union. For any delivery request outside these zones, please contact us.

5.2. Delivery Times:
Delivery times are indicated on the Website at the time the Customer places the order and may vary depending on the availability of stock of the ordered Product or the delivery method selected by the Customer.

Delivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday – excluding public holidays) and correspond to the average preparation and shipping times for an order.

The delivery period starts from the date of order confirmation by the Company.

5.3. Delivery Issues:
Risks on the Products are transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the ordered Product(s). The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the delivered Products upon receipt.

It is up to the Customer to make any reservations and claims deemed necessary, or even to refuse the package if it is damaged upon delivery.

In case of non-conformity, loss, or damage to the ordered Product(s) due to transport, the Customer undertakes to inform the Company as soon as possible by email at help@onday.fr for an inquiry with the carrier.

The Company cannot be held responsible for a defect or delay in delivery caused by the Customer (for example, incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided at the time of the Order, preventing delivery as planned) or by an event of force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

6.2. Return Procedures:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at help@onday.fr. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition to the following address: SAS onday, 10 Passage Lathuille, 75018 PARIS. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

6.3. Refund:
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

7. Warranties

7.1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity:
Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

7.2. Warranty Conditions:
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, you can return the product to us, specifying the observed defect. We will exchange or refund the product, subject to compliance with legal conditions.
