By placing an order on the Site, you unreservedly accept these terms of sale ("Terms").

These terms of sale (hereinafter the "Terms") are entered into between, on the one hand, onday, a company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 92816101700019, with its registered office at 10, Passage Lathuille, 75018, PARIS, hereinafter referred to as "We" or "the Seller", and, on the other hand, any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the onday.fr website, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "the Customer".

By placing an order on the Site, you unreservedly accept these Terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for distance selling between the Seller and the Customer, including with respect to ordering, payment, delivery, and the right of withdrawal.

2. Products

The products offered for sale on the Site are powdered dietary supplements made from vitamins, minerals, plants, probiotics, antioxidants, and amino acids. Each product comes with a detailed description (composition, indications, conditions of use, etc.).

We are committed to providing products that comply with applicable legislation and standards in France and the European Union.

3. Order

3.1. Creating a Customer Account:
To place an order, you must create a customer account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information up to date.

3.2. Placing an Order:
Orders are placed directly on the Site. After selecting products, you can review the contents of your cart, the total order amount, and correct any errors before finally confirming your order.

3.3. Order Confirmation:
The order is confirmed once payment has been made. We will send you a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. Price:
Product prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are calculated separately and displayed before the order is confirmed.

4.2. Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4.3. Payment Methods:
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, or any other secure payment method offered on the Site. The card is charged when the order is confirmed.

4.4. Payment Security:
Online payment is secured by encryption protocols compliant with current standards (SSL). Payment information is never communicated to the Seller.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery Areas:
We deliver to mainland France and certain European Union countries. For any delivery request outside these areas, please contact us.

5.2. Delivery Times:
Delivery times are shown on the Site when the Customer places the order and may vary depending on the availability of stock for the Product ordered or the delivery method selected by the Customer.

Delivery times are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and correspond to the average time needed to prepare and ship an order.

The delivery period begins on the date the Company confirms the order.

5.3. Delivery Issues:
Risk in the Products transfers to the Customer upon receipt of the ordered Product(s). The Customer must check the condition of the packaging and the Products delivered upon receipt.

It is the Customer's responsibility to note any objections or complaints deemed necessary, or even to refuse the parcel if it is damaged on delivery.

In the event of non-conformity, loss, or damage to the ordered Product(s) due to transport, the Customer agrees to notify the Company as soon as possible by email at help@onday.fr so that an investigation can be carried out with the carrier.

The Company cannot be held liable for a delivery failure or delay caused by the Customer (for example, incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided when placing the Order, preventing delivery as planned) or by an event of force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to state reasons or pay any penalty.

6.2. Return Procedure:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, You must inform us of your decision by email at help@onday.fr. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition, to the following address: SAS onday, 10 Passage Lathuille, 75018 PARIS. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

6.3. Refund:
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

7. Warranties

7.1. Legal Warranty of Conformity:
Our products come with the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

7.2. Warranty Conditions:
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, You may return the product to us, specifying the defect found. We will exchange or refund the product, subject to compliance with the legal conditions.

8. Liability

We accept no liability for indirect damages or damages resulting from misuse of the products. We cannot be held liable for failure to comply with the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered.

The Customer must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

In the event of doubt regarding the Customer's age of majority, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the Customer's account without prior notice.

9. Personal Data

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (text, images, graphics, logo) are the exclusive property of onday or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or use, in whole or in part, of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. New Terms will apply to orders placed after they are published on the Site.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to contact customer service to attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
